Social Media Marketing

With todays technology almost every person has come in contact with social media. Its everywhere and close to impossible to avoid at times. Facebook, blogs, youtube, and twitter are just to name a few. I personally feel that these are so important to companies because one mad or mistreated customer can now reach millions of people instantly. They can tell everyone their bad experience. Consumers trust the words and comments of other consumers more than they trust the advertising. I can understand this as advertising is out only to encourage you to buy their product. Peer reviews are not out for anything except recommend something you like and think others will like or to warn people of bad service or products
